Do I need any technical skills?

None. I handle the technical part. You'll get a 15-minute walkthrough at the end and a plain-English doc. If you can send an email, you can run what I build.

What if something breaks?

Covered for 30 days (Starter) or 60 days (Pro) after launch. After that, most clients handle small tune-ups themselves using the guide. For bigger changes, I'm a phone call away.

Will it work with the tools I already use?

Almost certainly. I build with Gmail, Outlook, Google Sheets, Excel, Square, Stripe, QuickBooks, Calendly, and most phone and CRM systems. If you use something unusual, we'll check on the planning call before you pay anything.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Everything runs inside your own accounts. I don't store your data on my servers. On handoff I transfer ownership to you and remove my access.

What happens on the planning call?

30 minutes, free, no pressure. You describe the pain point. I tell you honestly if automation is the right fix, roughly what it'll take, and which plan fits. If automation isn't the answer, I'll say so.
